Refund Eligibility

  • Service Non-Delivery: If the services promised at the time of engagement are not initiated or delivered, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellation of Services by Think for Education: If Think for Education cancels a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: Refunds for customer-initiated cancellations will be considered based on the nature of the service and the stage of progress at the time of cancellation.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Refunds will not be granted for services that have already been successfully rendered.
  • If the cancellation request is made after the completion of key milestones in the admission process.
  • Any delay caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Refund Process

To request a refund, you must email us at mail@thinkforeducation.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide the following details:

  • Service Details
  • Reason for Refund Request

Once we receive your request, our team will review it and get back to you within 7 working days with an update.

Refund Timeline

If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days through the original mode of payment or any other mutually agreed payment method.
