College of Fisheries, Mangalore is a government fisheries education and research institution located at Matsyanagara, Yekkur, Mangaluru, Karnataka. The college was established in 1969 by the then University of Agricultural Sciences, Bangalore. It was established as the first fisheries college in India under the agricultural university system and has since developed into a specialised centre for fisheries education, research and extension. The institution is currently part of Karnataka Veterinary, Animal and Fisheries Sciences University (KVAFSU), Bidar.
The college offers academic programmes in Fisheries Sciences, including the Bachelor of Fisheries Science (B.F.Sc.), Master of Fisheries Science (M.F.Sc.) and Ph.D. programmes.
